The FCLTX series free chlorine sensors feature amperometric measurement technology. They are designed for use in water treatment disinfection applications and for use with chlorine generators, pools, etc. The sensors are available in several ranges for detecting ppm levels of free chlorine. Choose the FCLTX-102 for 0 to 2 ppm, FCLTX-105 for 0 to 5 ppm or FCLTX-110 for 0 to 10 ppm of free chlorine. Membrane caps and fill solution are easily replaced to maximize sensor life. Sensors can be used in new installations with Omega flow cell or installed as replacement for other 4 to 20 mA output free chlorine (FCl) sensors.

HI team Omega, can you share data detail for calibration 1 set free chlorine analyzer on Manufacturing, we already buying ( DPI16,FCLTX-110, and FlowCell72) please advice

Asked by: heru
Thank you for your inquiry! When received the sensors should be span calibrated but the zero point should not have to be adjusted. Using the right potentiometer the output can be increased or decreased to match with the testing samples thus ensuring the proper output based on the units range. The DPi16 will have to be scaled for the 4-20 mA signal according to the process in the manual. This will allow for the screen to display in ppm based on the 4-20 mA input. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us by email at flow@omega.com.
