Rated 5 out of 5 by from RTD accuracy with plug-and-play simplicity The 4-wire configuration with wires pre-attached gave me confidence in the reading. No need for figuring out spot welding to bare leads, insulation, or potting. The element is sturdy, flat, and fast. The wiring feels both robust and flexible. I've tested with two different RTD readers and found consistent results.

What material is the 2x2 pad made from?

What type and AWG wires are attached to this?

Hello, The part number RTD-1-F3141-24-T is manufactured using AWG 26 stranded conductor wire that is insulated with PFA Teflon. The part number you can look at for more details on that wire would be EXTT-2CU-26S.

What is the temperature rating on the epoxy joining the RTD to the lead wires? The RTD is a little curved, and I'd like to heat it slightly to straighten it out a bit.

The epoxy and wire insulation are rated to 260 deg C (500 deg F). We do not recommend heating the assembly beyond the rated temperature.

Hello, would this ( RTD-(*)-F3105-36-T) be suitable for insertion into an aluminum block to get the block temperature? Thx
