  • float Material 316 SS
  • Maximum Ambient Temperature 149 {C} (300 {F})
  • Minimum Ambient Temperature -40 {C} (-40 {F})
  • Switch Operation Approx. half the distance from the end of stem to mounting or halfway point of float travel in liquid of 1.0 specific gravity.
  • Switch type SPST
These liquid level switches are sealed with potting compound. The only path for liquid to the electrical switch would be through the wires. If the wires are terminated in an appropriate manner (eg. –NEMA-6 connectors), the level switch will meet or exceed a NEMA-6 rating, making them suitable for submersion with years of worry free operation in moisture-laden environments. A sealed SPST switch provides consistent accuracy and high repeatability with the effects of shock, vacuum or vibration minimized. The switch is extremely versatile since it is user selectable as a normally open or normally closed by simply reversing the float or the mounting of the switch. The standard NPT male fittings allow for quick installation in either the top or bottom of the tank or vessel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, Simple and Versatile This liquid level switch was perfect for what I needed. The ability to change it from normally open or normally closed just by reversing the float is simple. With universal pipe thread mount, it’s easy to fabricate a mount to adapt to all applications. Very satisfied
