Where is my order?

We'll email order updates to the email address used during Checkout. You can also sign-in to your Order History and view your order status using the 'Order Details Page'. If your order, or even just part of it, has shipped, you will see a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

Where's my invoice?

Invoices are sent to the email address used at point-of-purchase. You can also access invoices via 'My Account' and view your 'Order History'. Invoices are available after items have shipped. You can also view them on the 'Order Details Page'.

Can I get a Certificate of Conformance?

Certificates of Conformance are attached to Order Confirmations sent via email to the original purchaser. If you were not the original purchaser, you can download your Certificate of Conformance with our lookup tool.
